• Lead and execute Teamcenter version upgrade and migration projects.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis.

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Consultant with 7-8 years of hands‑on expertise in Teamcenter implementation, customization, configuration, and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, customization frameworks, integrations, and migration activities. Experience in managing Teamcenter upgrades and supporting large‑scale PLM deployments in the automotive domain will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and deliver Teamcenter‑based solutions.
• Perform Teamcenter customization and configuration using ITK, SOA, and BMIDE.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom functionalities, workflows, handlers, and extensions.
• Lead and execute Teamcenter version upgrade and migration projects.
• Perform data migration, validation, and system testing during upgrades.
• Configure Teamcenter workflows, access controls, preferences, and organizational structures.
• Develop and maintain Teamcenter integrations with enterprise applications such as ERP, MES, CAD systems, and other engineering tools.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root‑cause analysis.
• Support deployment, release management, and production rollouts.
• Participate in solution design reviews and ensure adherence to PLM best practices.
• Create technical documentation, upgrade plans, and deployment guides.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, business users, architects, and support teams.

• Siemens Teamcenter certification is an added advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and lead technical discussions.

• Experience with Teamcenter X.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment practices.
• Knowledge of Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Experience working in Automotive OEMs or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
