Job summary

Aditya Birla Group is seeking a Team Member in Wholesale Operations in Thane, India to manage loan disbursement, repayments and MIS reporting. You will ensure accurate data entries and timely servicing actions while coordinating with banks and internal teams.

The role requires up to 6 years of operations experience, a graduate or post-graduate background, and a compliance-minded, customer-focused approach to corporate finance products.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post graduate with 0–6 years of experience in operations.
• Understanding of loan processing, repayments and MIS basics.
• Interest in corporate finance products and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Timely disbursement based on approved memo and sanction terms.
• Repayment processing and postings across corporate and retail verticals.
• Maintain data accuracy and timely system entries.
• Generate MIS and share with business, risk and regulators.
• Client/bank reconciliations and handling ad hoc servicing actions.
• Moratorium and restructuring of loans as approved by authority.
• Support audits with data in coordination with the Team Leader.

Job Description:

Job Context

• Operations division is responsible for controlling and managing all operational activities. The key activities include activation and managing all loan accounts, disbursement & repayment activities, reconciliation and submission of MIS to various stakeholders
• The Team Maker is responsible for executing activities related to repayments, renewals, extensions and reconciliation for retail customers in the system, capturing rate of interest on an ongoing basis and generating required MIS at predefined intervals
• Ensuring accurate & timely transaction processing at all times
• Piece meal submission of documents causes delay in processing
• Maintaining data accuracy for system entries
• Ensuring timely actionable from the servicing perspective

Education and experience required for this role is graduate or post graduate with minimum 0-6 years of experience in operations.

4) Principal Accountabilities

Supporting Actions

• Timely Disbursement basis the approved Disbursement memo including checking the details in comparison with the Sanction terms & conditions
• Repayment application by checking the collection bank statements and payment postings across corporate secured & retail verticals.
• Products in the secured verticals include:
• Wholesale / Large corporates : Term Loans, WCDL, LOC, DLOC, LAP, LRD, Investment Product - NCD's etc
• Timely execution of all Part Prepayments with correct effect in system as per the request received.
• Timely upload of revised repayment structures for exceptional cases posts re-schedulement in system.
• Passing on timely impact of ROI Change, Tenure Change, EMI change, Due Date Change as per the request received.
• FC letter Issuance within defined TAT.
• Tracking of foreclosure payments, update of payments and termination of loan in system.
• Timely processing of refund in case of loan termination, Loan cancellation cases and excess refund in case of active cases basis approval from respective authority and valid request details.
• Adhoc receivable /Dues Creation basis approval from respective authority and with valid request details.
• Adhoc Payable/Waiver processing basis approval from respective authority and with valid request details.
• Client / Bank Reconciliations.
• Moratorium and re-structuring of loans basis revised communication and approval from respective authority.

MIS & Reporting

• Generate reconciliation MIS and share reports with business, risk and regulators
• Provide prompt and accurate service delivery/ ad hoc reports in case of requests from the Team Leader/ Risk/Relationship Manager

Audits

• Execute audit actions and provide relevant data to auditors in consultation with the Team Leader
