Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a seasoned professional to manage Finished Goods warehouse operations, including receipt, dispatch, and reconciliation.

The role covers invoice preparation, packing, palletization, and dispatch under customs procedures, with emphasis on Warehouse QMS activities (Change control, CAPA, MES, SAP). Responsibilities include ongoing dispatch coordination, area equipment maintenance, documentation, and calibration of weighing balances; ensure compliance and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in SCM, Logistics, Admin or related field.
• 5–12 years of hands-on warehouse management experience.
• Experience in finished goods dispatch and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Receipt, issuance, storage & reconciliation of Finished Goods.
• Preparation of invoice, packing list, palletization and dispatch of finished goods by following customs procedure.
• Warehouse QMS-related activities (Change control, Incident, CAPA, MES, SAP).
• Operation and follow-ups of all dispatch related activities, area cleaning and inspections.
• Calibration of weighing balances and updating calibration schedules.

Job Summary

We are looking for a candidate to manage Finished Goods warehouse operations, including receipt, dispatch, reconciliation of finished goods.

• You will be responsible for receipt, issuance, storage & reconciliation of Finished Goods.
• You will be responsible for preparation of invoice, packing list, palletization and dispatch of finished goods by following customs procedure.
• You will be responsible for Warehouse QMS-related activities (Change control, Incident, CAPA, MES, SAP).
• Your responsibilities include operation and follow-ups of all dispatch related activities, operation and cleaning of all area & equipment, document issuance and retrieval, Finished Goods related activities, and area cleaning and inspections.
• Your role involves Calibration of weighing balances, calibration schedule update to the team, and Time & Date synchronization of equipment in the warehouse.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum Work Experience: 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management, finished goods dispatch.
