Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. invites experienced professionals to manage Finished Goods warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, reconciliation, and dispatch of finished goods.

The role emphasizes adherence to warehouse QMS, calibration of weighing balances, and preparation of invoices, packing lists, and pallets in line with customs procedures.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification as stated: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–12 years of hands-on warehouse management and finished goods dispatch experience.
• Experience with QMS (Change control, CAPA, MES) and SAP environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receipt, issuance, storage & reconciliation of Finished Goods.
• Preparation of invoice, packing list, palletization and dispatch of finished goods by following customs procedure.
• Warehouse QMS-related activities (Change control, Incident, CAPA, MES, SAP).
• Operation and follow ups of all dispatch related activities, operation and cleaning of all area & equipment, document issuance and retrieval, Finished Goods related activities, and area cleaning and inspections.
• Calibration of weighing balances, calibration schedule update to the team, and Time & Date synchronization of equipment in the warehouse.
