Dr. Reddy's is seeking a senior Digital Marketing leader to own omnichannel activation for HCPs and Mega Brands, translating strategy into executable digital plans and KPIs. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, IT and Finance to advance the digital agenda.

You will analyze campaign results, research HCP content consumption, manage service providers, and educate teams on KPI targets while ensuring ongoing development and accountability.

Competenze

• Educational qualification: Graduate degree preferably in Math or IT.
• 8+ years overall experience clinical domain or related field.
• Functional skills include digital savvy, analytical ability, presentations and communication.
• Strong team leadership and people management能力.

• Experience in marketing analytics and Digital content creation, plus Inbound and Outbound marketing experience is desired
