Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee execution of day-to-day production activities.
• Guide and coach employees, monitor their productivity, and oversee regular equipment safety and maintenance.
• Perform batch execution in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing.
• Execute and review Documentations, eBMR (Batch Manufacturing Records).
• Ensure product quality by maintaining cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Handle Compression activities.
• Conduct in-process checks in compression and execute end-to-end activity in compression.

• Efficient time management to meet production schedules and deadlines without compromising quality.

Educational Qualification: A Degree B.Sc./B.Pharma
Minimum Work Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience.
