Job summary
Drlogy in Hyderabad is seeking an Engineering Team Member to join our maintenance and reliability initiatives. The role focuses on routine plant maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability in an on-site setting.
The ideal candidate holds 7–12 years of experience in electrical/Instrumentation maintenance, with a background in electrical engineering or instrumentation, and is ready to work full-time from our Hyderabad facility.
Qualifications
- 7–12 years of experience in electrical/industrial maintenance.
- Electrical or instrumentation engineering background preferred.
- Available for full-time on-site work in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned engineering and maintenance tasks.
- Perform routine inspections of plant machinery and utility systems.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment failures.
- Coordinate maintenance with production teams.

An Engineering Team Member assists the engineering department with routine plant maintenance, equipment inspections, utilities, troubleshooting, and reliability-related activities.
- Carry out assigned engineering and maintenance tasks.
- Perform routine inspections of plant machinery and utility systems.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment failures.
- Check electrical, mechanical, HVAC, utility, and other systems according to assigned responsibilities.
- Record maintenance activities in relevant logs and systems.
- Assist with equipment servicing, repair, and replacement activities.
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance work.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Maintain engineering tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Report abnormal conditions and equipment safety concerns.
- Follow permit-to-work and lockout/tagout procedures where applicable.
- Use appropriate PPE and follow plant safety requirements.
- Maintain GMP and housekeeping standards in applicable manufacturing areas.
- Support continuous-improvement and equipment-reliability initiatives.
