Qualifications

• Capex proposal, execution and commissioning knowledge in pharma manufacturing.
• Adherence to GMP and QMS during project execution.
• Schedule adherence and QMS documentation for projects and modifications.
• Vendor management and contractor safety adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead capex projects from proposal through commissioning for electrical, instrumentation and mechanical modifications.
• Implement process equipment upgrades and changes with minimal disruption to operations.
• Ensure GMP/QMS compliance and audit readiness throughout projects.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and SHE for successful execution.
• Manage vendors and ensure compliance with safety guidelines for contractors.
• Provide ongoing technical support for process engineering, HVAC and utilities during breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain project documentation and change control records.
• Support readiness for internal and external audits.

Job Summary

1.1Experience of Capex proposal, execution and commissioning of equipment or facility in a OSD manufacturing unit

1.2 Implement Electrical, Instrumentation & Mechanical-related modifications, upgrades, and developmental activities for process equipment.

1.3 Adhere to GMP regulations and Dr Reddys QMS systems during projects execution.

1.4 Ensure schedule adherence & QMS documentation for all projects and modifications.

1.5 Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders in Production, Quality, Supply chain, Procurement & SHE

1.6 Vendor management & adherence to contractor safety management guidelines

1.8 Ensure All-time readiness for audit.

1.9 Need based technical support to Process engg, HVAC, utility for breakdown & preventive maintenance activities
