Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s is seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Automation professional to join our Drug Substance manufacturing plant.

You will maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize a complex network of I&A systems to ensure smooth production, quality, and compliance. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, qualification of I&A equipment per cGMP, supporting audits, and collaboration with engineering, production, and QA to drive process improvements through automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation/E&C/Electrical/CS) or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical or aseptic manufacturing with focus on I&A.
• Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and GAMP 5 guidelines.
• Experience with common biopharma automation systems (DCS/SCADA/PLC).
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Summary

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Experience with common biopharmaceutical manufacturing automation systems (e.g., DCS, SCADA, PLC).
