Job summary We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead team activities, supervise lab maintenance, and manage people within the upstream process development function of Biologics. This role involves ensuring on-time delivery of experiments for one/two biosimilar molecules, with a focus on drafting and timely closure of technical reports to meet team deliverables.
Educational qualification: A Ph.D. or Master's degree (M.Sc. or M.Tech. or M.E. or M.Pharm.) or Bachelor's degree (B.Tech. or B.E. or B.Pharm.) in Biology, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering or other related disciplines of engineering or life sciences. Minimum work experience : 2 years of industrial experience with a Ph.D., 6 years with a Master’s, or 9 years with a Bachelor’s.
Biologics Currently operates in the Global Biosimilars business - a segment that is poised for attractive and sustained growth over the next 10-15-year time horizon. With a robust portfolio of biosimilar products across key therapeutic areas, covering ~US$80+ Bn in innovator sales - future business pipeline covers a variety of product classes and therapy areas, and new modalities. Fully integrated organization with over two decades of experience in developing, manufacturing and commercializing multiple biosimilar products.
