Job summary

JSW Steel in Mumbai seeks a senior finance professional to manage loan funding, cash flows, and regulatory compliance for the group. You will coordinate with banks, NBFCs, RBI, and trustees, ensuring timely submissions and robust risk management.

The role requires hands-on MIS preparation, monitoring loan covenants, forecasting liquidity, and providing management with actionable insights based on financial performance.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA with exposure to banking and loan management.
• Experience in MIS preparation and management reporting.
• Knowledge of RBI, FEMA, GST and corporate law basics.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Banks, NBFCs and Financial Institutions for loans and funding arrangements.
• Prepare MIS for management including top-up/top-down requirements.
• Ensure security margin levels, monitor payouts, Put/Call, interest resets.
• Handle documentation, charge filings, compliance for active loans and covenants.
• Post sanction monitoring of loan covenants.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.
• Coordinate with trustees and rating agencies; monitor RBI/FEMA compliance.
• Basic knowledge of income tax, GST and corporate law.
• Cash flow management and allocation of funds to optimize liquidity.

Job Profile:

• Liaising with Banks, NBFCsand Financial Institutions for raising loans, optimizing funding arrangementsand managing relationships.
• MISs preparation for management,to identify changes, top-up / top-down requirements etc.
• Ensuring optimum securitymargin levels, monitoring its payouts, Put Call, Interest resets etc.
• Documentation handling,executions, charge filings etc., ensuring compliance for all active loans,covenants etc. and timelysubmission of regulatory reports and filings.
