Responsibilities

• Assist in regulatory inquiries and inspections with regulators and stakeholders.
• Oversee RBI onsite inspections including timely data submissions (DAKSH, PRAR, RAR, PRMP, AONC).
• Review RBI submissions for Tranche 1 series and annual Tranche II/Bank Profile data.
• Analyze and validate Tranche 1 series exceptions and obtain explanations from stakeholders.
• Liaise with RBI officials to resolve queries and ensure compliance.
• Disseminate and monitor timely RBI information requests via Daksh and other RBI portals.
• Circulate Daksh communications to Regulatory Change Management for action.
• Coordinate routine regulatory reporting on CIMS/Data collector portal and other tasks.
• MIS management related to RBI Inspection.

Job description

• Assisting in regulatory inquiries and inspections including but not limited to coordination with regulators and internal / external stakeholders
• Overseeing efficient conduct of onsite Inspection conducted by RBI including timely submission of data / information to RBI including but not limited to activities pertaining to DAKSH portal requirements, Preliminary Risk Assessment Report (PRAR), Risk Assessment Report (RAR), Proposed Risk Mitigation Plan (PRMP), and Risk Mitigation Plan, Areas of Non-Compliance (AONC).
• Review submission pertaining to RBS Tranche 1 series data and annual submission of RBS Tranche II, Bank Profile to RBI.
• Conduct analysis/preliminary data validation of Tranche 1 series exception points and obtain the explanations for such exceptions from respective stakeholders.
• Liaises regularly and effectively with RBI officials for resolution of queries raised by the stakeholders in the Bank with respect to various RBI submissions.
• Responsible to ensure proper dissemination, coordination & monitoring for timely submission to RBI of adhoc information requests received from RBI SSM team, various other departments of RBI, and those published on Daksh Portal of RBI.
• Circulate Daksh communication to Regulatory Change Management team for information and necessary action.
• Disseminate, coordinate & monitor to ensure timely of routine regulatory reporting on CIMS/Data collector portal and any other activity / task as communicated by compliance senior management.
• MIS management relating to RBI Inspection.

CA/CS/MBA with prior relevant experience of 5 to 10 years

• Should be well versed with recent developments as regards RBI regulations.
• Should have good verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.
