Job summary

Solara Active Pharma Sciences is seeking a process engineer to evaluate new products for safety and scalability, and to oversee trial and validation at commercial plants.

You will evaluate toll manufacturing facilities for KSM and intermediate manufacturing, review batch planning, P&ID documents, equipment selection, and capacity planning, and guide project teams to ensure schedules are met.

Responsibilities

• Process evaluation for new products with respect to safety and scalability.
• Responsible for the trial and validation of the products at commercial plants.
• Responsible for facility evaluation of Toll manufacturer (Third Party), for KSM and Intermediate manufacturing.
• Reviewing the batch planning , process flow diagram and P&ID document preparation.
• Reviewing of equipment selection, utility calculation, capacity planning and capacity enhancement.
• Responsible for Hazard evaluation, simulation and crystallization studies are done using RC1e, Easy-Max, RSD & FBRM.
• Guide team members in execution of projects, follow up and ensure schedule is adhered as per plan.
