Job summary

Alila Fort Bishangarh is seeking a Team Leader - Spa to oversee the efficient running of the spa department in line with Hyatt International's standards. The role ensures smooth operations of activities and maintenance of massage equipment, while delivering courteous, professional and flexible service to guests.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree/diploma in therapy or spa treatments and at least 2 years as Senior Therapist, with strong customer service and interpersonal communication

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in physical therapy or spa treatments.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Senior Therapist.
• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
