Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Spa Management and/or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
• A minimum of 2 years' work experience as Assistant Spa Manager.
• Aesthetic qualification in treatments and training is advantageous.

• Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure spa services meet brand standards.
• Ensure guests feel their needs are anticipated and that a relationship is built, not just a visit.
