Job summary

MSX International is seeking a content leader to mentor a team of content developers and drive high-quality output across projects. You will plan content development, oversee deliverables, collaborate with clients, and push innovative strategies while maintaining brand standards.

• Lead & Inspire: Guide and mentor a team of content developers to consistently deliver high-quality work
• Content Planning: Contribute to content development through ID sheet creation, resource planning and workflow optimization
• Content Oversight: Ensure all projects & deliverables meet content standards, client expectations, and instructional goals
• Quality Control: Review and refine content to maintain accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
• Project Management: Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple content projects to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks
• Client Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison with clients to understand briefs, present ideas and integrate feedback
• Innovation & Strategy: Drive content innovation and contribute to strategic improvements in development processes
• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, identify
