Job summary

Grand Hyatt Kochi seeks a Team Leader - Housekeeping to support the smooth operation of the department in line with Hyatt International's standards. You will help ensure guest room and floor cleanliness while upholding brand expectations and delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates hold a hospitality or tourism management qualification and at least 2 years of hotel operations experience, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills for teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations.
