Justdial is seeking a Team Leader - Field Sales to lead a team of marketing executives in field activities, drive client meetings, and onboard business owners to the Justdial platform. You will present services, tailor solutions to client needs, and monitor performance for sustained target achievement.

Freshers or experienced candidates with good communication and selling skills are welcome; two-wheeler with license is preferred. Location-based roles across multiple cities.

Responsibilities

Lead, guide, and supervise a team of marketing executives by planning daily field activities, setting targets, providing on-ground support, and ensuring consistent performance and discipline.
Drive individual productivity during the first 3 months with 5 client meetings/presentations per day.
Visit business owners to onboard and manage client details on the Justdial platform and present services effectively.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable Justdial products while building strong customer relationships and brand presence.
Post 3 months, manage both individual and team productivity, ensuring overall target achievement.
Complete 3 client presentations daily as an individual target + team handling.
