Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in an engineering role or related field.
• 2+ years of proven team leadership or management experience.
• Strong technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Preferred: Agile or Scrum methodologies; Six Sigma familiarity.
