Job summary

Paytm Payments Services is seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive to grow QR and Soundbox distribution across assigned areas. You will lead a sales team to expand market share, recruit talent, and coordinate with merchants to drive adoption.

Based in Ranchi, the role requires graduate qualifications, willingness to travel extensively, coaching skills, and a growth mindset. You will implement plans, monitor quality, and audit field performance while contributing to Paytm's merchant

Qualifications

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
• Extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product.
• Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts.
• Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.
• Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.
• Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
• Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly.
• Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the field sales team to achieve QR and Soundbox targets.
• Drive merchant acquisition and expand distribution across assigned geographies.
• Plan and execute market coverage, and recruit local sales staff as needed.
• Coach the team to improve performance and ensure training is applied.
• Monitor field quality and verify sales audits and performance.
