Job summary

Paytm Payments Services is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive QR & Soundbox sales across Mumbai and other urban locations. You will expand merchant partnerships, train the sales force, and implement field strategies to grow market share.

The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree, demonstrates leadership, and can travel extensively. The role offers growth opportunities within Paytm's retail ecosystem and a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Grow distribution and market share in the assigned area.
• Visibility & accountability through extensive QR & Soundbox deployment and sale.
• Identify and recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and applies new ideas.
• Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Devise the best methods for communicating plans/targets to the team to minimize expectation vs delivery gap.
• Monitor the quality parameters as suggested by management.
• Validate and audit acquisitions and sales done by the team.
• Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the specified area.

About the role:

The person should be capable of increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.

Expectations/Requirements:
