Job summary

The role requires 2 years in the current role, HSC or undergraduate qualification, and certified E-learning courses where applicable. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 2 years in current role.
• Average PMI (last 6 months)/PMS rating 3 and above.
• No Warning Letter issued in the past 6 months.
• E-learning mandatory courses certified wherever applicable.

• Team Supervision: Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
• Client Handling: Manage escalations and maintain strong client relationships.

• Process Improvement: Drive efficiency and optimize workflows.
• Quality Control: Ensure compliance with standards and policies.
