What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable, robust software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Manage project progress, identify risks early, and ensure timely delivery of quality products.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Serve as a technical mentor and escalation point for your team, promoting engineering best practices such as clean code, thorough testing, and continuous integration.

• Conduct regular code reviews and architecture discussions to uphold technical excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.
• Proven ability to lead complex software projects from conception to delivery on time and within scope.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software engineering best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with relevant programming languages and frameworks aligned with the Yodaplus tech stack (React, Python, AWS, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
