Job Summary

The Operations Team Lead provides strategic leadership for Fortra's Security Operations group and Managed Services teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, ensuring our analysts stay ahead of an evolving threat landscape through proactive coaching and professional development. This role includes direct reports, scaling analyst performance and driving improvements. By monitoring and improving detection results, response times, and SLA compliance, you will bridge the gap between operations and security value.

Key Duties

• Understand operations framework and all relevant SLOs/SLAs applied to the detection, monitoring and mitigation of service results.
• Govern team performance and accountability, maintain incident lifecycle, drive security objectives and produce the as much value from tool and teams.
• Track and evaluate tool and team performance, identifying trends to support operational improvements.

Process Development & Optimization

• Define and document workflows, checklists, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Identify operational gaps to improve detection results, response times and overall incident lifecycle.
