Job summary

Job Boosts is seeking an RTR Team Lead in Mohali to own and guide a team of executives and officers handling General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, local and global reporting.

You will finalize monthly and quarterly closing, prepare IND AS/US GAAP/IFRS statements, support USGAAP audits, ensure timely outputs against SLAs, and drive continuous improvements through automation and Lean Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/ICWA or MBA Finance with USGAAP/IFRS certification is advantageous.
• 6+ years of work experience in a similar RTR role.
• Ability to partner with BBS Team Managers to optimize processes across the SSC.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Executives and Officers on Accounting (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany) and reporting.
• Prepare standalone and consolidated IND AS/US GAAP/IFRS financial statements.
• Finalize monthly and quarterly reporting (Balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) per US GAAP including SEC schedules.
• Act as Accounting Officer to manage USGAAP audit of the entity.
• Manage the team performance and ensure timely output as per SLAs.
• Drive process improvements through automation, Lean and Six Sigma projects.

Job description

The Record-to-Report (RTR) Team Lead will be the owner and will lead a team of

Executives and Officers on Accounting (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany),

Local & Global reporting, Tax filing & reporting, Period-end close & reporting including

planning, management, and delivery of a business services.

Main Accountabilities

• Responsible for the timely completion of activities as part of the Record-to-Report

(RTR) function Accounting (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany), Local &

Global reporting, Tax filing & reporting, Period-end close & reporting and Master data

management

• Preparation of standalone and consolidated IND AS\ USGAAP\IFRS financial

statement for statutory reporting along with related schedules and notes to accounts.

• Responsible for finalization of monthly and quarterly reporting (Balance sheet, income

statement, cash flow) as per US GAAP including 10k reporting schedules under US

Security Exchange Commission.

• Act as an Accounting Officer to manage USGAAP audit of the entity.
• Manage the team performance and ensure delivery of timely output as per the defined

SLAs.

• Accountable for evaluating, reconciling, and resolving complex accounting

transactions and ensuring reconciliations of accounts.

• Monitor and measure the performance of the RTR business process in the Mohali

Centre.

• Improve the business process flow on a continual basis utilizing industry leading

practices.

• Help Team Leaders setting policies and procedures for the RTR process.
• Act as key contact person for all internal and external groups (Bunge Global,

Counterparties and Statutory team) which affect / are affected by the RTR process.

• Ensure role alignment of individuals.
• Facilitate performance assessments and conducts feedback sessions.
• Determine and adjusts team and individual performance measures.
• Support in decisions related to monetary and non-monetary compensation / rewards
• Ensure compliance with Group’s Sarbanes Oxley programme and Standard Policy andProcedures.

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience in SAP FICO
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Continuous improvement in processes through automation, Lean and Six Sigmaprojects.

Education & Experience

• Chartered Accountant or CPA, ICWA, MBA Finance, additional certification in USGAAP or IFRS will be an advantage.
