Job summary

Amazon Bengaluru is seeking an execution‑focused program operations associate to support the Now Program by driving workflows, maintaining trackers, and performing structured data analysis to enable timely decision‑making.

You will follow established processes, surface operational risks through data, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to continuous enhancements in dashboards, SOPs, and playbooks to accelerate onboarding and store readiness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communication management
  • Experience in fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment
  • Advanced Excel skills including VBA/macros and advanced functions

Responsibilities

  • Execute recurring program workflows with accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Perform data pulls and analyses to surface trends and assist root-cause investigations
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and program documentation with data integrity
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, supply chain, and last-mile to close dependencies
  • Identify process gaps and escalate with data and observations
  • Support store launch readiness by tracking configuration, audits, and go-live checklists
  • Document SOPs and playbooks to improve repeatability and onboarding

Job description

The candidate supports the Amazon Now Program team by executing operational workflows, maintaining program trackers, and performing structured data analysis to enable timely decision‑making. This is an execution‑heavy role with growing ownership — the individual follows established processes, surfaces operational risks through data, coordinates with cross‑functional teams on defined deliverables, and contributes to continuous mechanism improvement.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Execute recurring program workflows (tracker updates, milestone follow‑ups, compliance checks, vendor coordination) with accuracy and adherence to defined timelines
  2. Perform structured data pulls and analysis to surface trends, flag deviations, and support root cause investigations led by senior team members
  3. Maintain operational dashboards, reports, and program documentation with zero lag and complete data integrity
  4. Coordinate with cross‑functional partners (operations, finance, supply chain, last‑mile) to collect inputs, follow up on pending action items, and ensure dependencies are closed on time
  5. Identify process gaps or recurring defects in daily operations and escalate with supporting data and preliminary observations
  6. Support store launch readiness activities by tracking configuration status, audit completion, and go‑live checklists across workstreams
  7. Document SOPs, playbooks, and lessons learned to enable process repeatability and reduce onboarding time for new team members
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communication management
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing operations environment
  • Experience using Excel at an advanced level including practical knowledge of VBA/macros and advanced Excel functions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using SQL
