Job summary

Knack RCM is seeking a leader in Anesthesia Coding to manage and mentor a team of medical coders in Mohali, India. You will drive productivity and quality targets, review adherence to ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS, and ensure compliance with payer guidelines and HIPAA policies.

You will also conduct audits, provide coaching, and collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Client Management teams to resolve coding issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 4-7 years of Medical Coding experience with 1-2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and payer-specific guidelines.
• Proven experience in quality auditing and team management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities
