Job summary

• Experience in IPQA and manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the IPQA team and cross-functional teams
• Set goals and objectives related to IPQA with Management
• Review and understand Customer requirements
• Interact with Customers and ensure alignment
• Maintain and continually improve process and product quality
• Lead Quality topics in customer meetings
• Ensure quality records are maintained and compliant
• Drive process audit for continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to defined processes
• Drive corrective actions for major defects (customer/internal)
• Work with cross-functional teams for DPPM improvements

• Work with Management to set the goals & objectives related to IPQA

• Lead the meeting with Customers of Quality topics.
• Ensure that the Quality records are maintained.
• Drive process audit for continuous improvement.
• To ensure the adherence to the defined processes.
• To drive corrective actions for Customer & internal major defects.

• A ctive participation in EHS related activities like Identification of aspects and Impacts, HIRA, Emergency preparedness, continuous improvements etc

• Authorized to take timely decisions to ensure compliance to QMS requirements in manufacturing process.
• Authorized to trigger corrective actions in the Organization wherever there is Non fulfillment of the requirement.
• Authorized for the line stop & shipment hold in case of major quality deviations which will impact the Customers
