Job summary

ABB Finance Services (Bengaluru-Hebbal) is seeking an Intercompany P2P Team Lead to manage a 20+ member delivery group, ensure accurate accounting and strict compliance with policies and regulations.

You will oversee inter-company transactions, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close, leveraging SAP P2P, analytics, and strong cross-functional collaboration across entities. Willingness to work in shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in P2P of Accounts Payables or similar in a global organization
• Experience leading a team of 20+ employees and working in shifts
• Familiar with inter-company accounting policies, processes and controls

Responsibilities

• Lead global service delivery for Intercompany P2P activities and manage a team of 20+
• Oversee inter-company transactions, reconciliations, journals and other financial postings
• Coordinate month-end/quarter-end/year-end close and resolve reconciling items
• Drive process simplification, efficiency gains and adherence to internal and external guidelines
