Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in M&E / MEL / Impact Measurement / Evaluation.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research/analysis capability.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and implementation partners.
• Strong report writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring M&E professionals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement impact measurement & evaluation frameworks across programmes.
• Develop Theory of Change (ToC), Logical Frameworks (LFA), indicators and measurement plans.
• Develop M&E standards, SOPs, technical guidelines, tools and processes.
• Conduct/support impact evaluations, assessments, data analysis and programme studies.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for programme improvement and decision-making.
• Prepare high-quality, publishable impact/evaluation reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with programme, CSR, field teams and implementation partners.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor M&E team members.
