Job summary

Sattva in Gurugram is seeking a proficient MEL specialist to build project plans for MEL engagements, contribute to program design, and drive implementation roadmaps. You will coordinate multiple workstreams and guide teams toward timely execution, framing complex problems into clear lines of enquiry for the team and client.

• Build project plans for MEL engagements and contribute to broader program design and implementation roadmaps.
• Track project milestones, manage multiple workstreams, and coordinate across program teams to ensure timely execution.
• Identify and surface project and program‑level risks, and design mitigation approaches with the project lead.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of MEL frameworks, program knowledge assets, and learnings.
• Frame complex development problems and translate them into clear, actionable lines of enquiry for the team and client.
• Design MEL frameworks, theories of change, and results frameworks aligned to client outcomes, contributing to program design where relevant.
• Develop research and evaluation designs, finalize data collection tools, and define indicators across outcome and output levels.
• Lead analysis, synthesize information into insights, and test hypotheses that inform measurement and program strategy.
• Conduct rigorous secondary and primary research, producing insights and recommendations that strengthen assessments, design choices, and course‑correction decisions.
• Translate data into informative insights and actionable recommendations for internal teams and external clients.
• Identify program design gaps, strategic questions, or implementation risks uncovered through measurement work and deliver relevant solutions.
• Lead a team of 2–3 Associates/Analysts to deliver high‑quality project outputs on time across MEL, research, strategy, and delivery workstreams.
