Job summary

Eclat Health Solutions Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking a Team Lead for Hospital Billing (Rejections & Edits) with 6–9 years of experience to manage a specialized HB billing team. You will oversee day-to-day operations, enforce SLAs, and drive process improvements across the rejection and edits workflow.

You will coach the team, review performance, and coordinate with QA, Training and AR teams to ensure accuracy and timely resolutions. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in US Healthcare RCM Hospital Billing.
• Hands-on experience in Rejections & Edits.
• Prior Team Leader / people-management experience.
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HB Rejections & Edits operations and team performance.
• Ensure productivity, quality, TAT & SLA adherence.
• Monitor and analyze rejection/edit trends and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct quality checks, team huddles and performance reviews.
• Provide coaching, feedback and support to team members.
• Handle escalations and coordinate with QA, Training, AR & other teams.
• Prepare and share MIS / performance reports.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to client guidelines, process and compliance requirements.
