Job summary

Omega Healthcare in Tiruchirappalli seeks an experienced AR Team Lead to oversee Physician Billing and Hospital Billing operations. You will drive end-to-end processes, ensure quality, and lead a team of billing associates for on-time submissions and AR resolution.

The role requires 7–9 years in US Healthcare RCM with strong denial management skills and a track record of meeting SLAs. Night shift in Trichy, graduation mandatory, immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of US Healthcare RCM experience focusing on AR Physician Billing and Hospital Billing.
• At least 1 year of team lead experience (on paper).
• Strong CPT, ICD-10, UB-04/HCFA knowledge and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day PB/HB billing operations, including AR follow-up and denial management.
• Ensure accuracy, TAT compliance, and timely claim submission.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate billing associates.

We are hiring experienced AR Team Lead with strong expertise in Physician Billing (PB) and Hospital Billing (HB) to manage end-to-end billing operations, ensure quality, and drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day PB/HB billing operations, including AR follow-up and denial management.
• Ensure accuracy, TAT compliance, and timely claim submission.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate billing associates.
• Analyze denial trends and support AR resolution.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Ensure process compliance and quality standards, including HIPAA requirements.
• Drive productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.

Required Skills:

• 7 years to 9 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, with strong experience in AR Physician Billing / Hospital Billing.
• Minimum 1 year of Team Lead experience (on paper).
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, UB-04/HCFA and US insurance rules.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Experience in multi-specialty billing is an added advantage.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Good analytical and quality audit skills.
• Strong knowledge of denial management and AR follow-up.
• Ability to manage team performance and meet operational targets.
