• 5+ years of hands-on experience in handling large-scale projects or multiple projects independently from end to end using MERN and/or MEAN.
• Strong experience in team handling, task allocation, technical guidance, and project coordination.
• Proven ability to manage client communication, expectations, requirements, and project updates.
• Good understanding of AI technologies, AI-powered applications, and AI development trends.
• Experience working with or integrating AI/ML-based solutions, APIs, or AI-enabled features is preferred.
• Strong understanding of upcoming software development, engineering tools, technologies, trends, and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively resolve technical and project-related challenges.

Requirements

• Manage and deliver full-stack web projects end to end with the desired quality and within defined timelines.
