Job summary

RIA Advisory LLC is seeking an experienced Full Stack AI Software Engineer in Pune willing to work in a hybrid environment with remote options. You will contribute across the entire tech stack, building AI-native enterprise products and scalable web applications.

The role involves frontend and backend development, AI-enabled features, and strong collaboration with architecture and testing disciplines to ensure reliability, performance, and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot
• Strong experience building modern applications using React and TypeScript
• Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL, Microservices Architecture
• Experience developing and supporting production-grade applications
• Solid understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and clean coding practices
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively across both frontend and backend technologies
• Experience using Git and modern software development workflows

Responsibilities
