Job summary

Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages (HCCB) in Bengaluru seeks a Team Leader Finance to drive MIS reporting, pricing maintenance and value chain analysis to aid management decisions.

You will prepare monthly profitability reports, control discounts and AR/COL processes, review price master, and ensure accuracy of supplier and distributor data; SAP and Excel skills are preferred.

The role requires 3–4 years in financial reporting/analysis within FMCG, with up to 10–20% travel.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce or equivalent with analytics certifications.
• Experience in reporting and data mining within commercial/operational finance.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG finance concepts and working capital management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on volume, NR and OI.
• Create monthly value chain reports for all packs at unit/channel level.
• Generate profitability reports by customer, ASM and SM.
• Maintain price master and review trade margins per policy.
• Raise SPAF and coordinate price master uploads with MDM.
• Process distributor discounts and invoice pricing accuracy.
• Prepare AR/COL reports and issue dunning letters per policy.
• Monitor AR/COL aging and send reminders if >15 days.
• Prepare monthly provisions (BBD, AR, COL).
• Prepare balance sheet schedules (AR, GOD, COL, prepaid ads).
• Maintain distributor agreements and security cheques.
• Plan and track distributor discounts; monitor incentives.
• Count physical stock monthly and reconcile variances.

Job Objective : Preparing MIS to help management in decision making. Maintenance of pricing and value chains

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for commercial finance related MIS reports, like Daily, weekly and monthly updates on volume, NR and OI.
2. Preparation of monthly standardized value chains for all packs at Unit/Channel level
3. Preparation of customer, ASM and SM wise profitability reports
4. Maintenance of price master for both direct and indirect. Review of trade margins and Net pricing model in line with commercial policy / Trade Margin Policy.
5. Timely raising SPAF & ensuring approvals as per COA and then sending price master upload template to MDM team & periodic review for accuracy
6. Upload primary discount schemes of all distributors and ensure discount is captured on invoice. Monthly review of sales register and processing of credit notes for rate differences.
7. Preparation of AR/COL report and sending dunning letters as per policy.
8. Review & follow up for AR/COL of customers and send dunning letter, if AR > 15 days.
9. Preparation of monthly provision workings like BBD, AR & COL.
10. Preparation of monthly balance sheet schedules like AR, GOD, COL & prepaid advertisement schedules.
11. Maintenance of distributor agreements and security cheques.
12. Discount planning and tracking of discount spends on weekly basis.
13. Tracking of distributor incentives and preparations of distributor incentive workings and processing
14. Monthly Physical stock counting and reconciliations

Job Requirement

Minimum Education: Graduate of Commerce / Post Graduate qualification from a reputed Institute /University Specialization in statistics; Certification in Analytics Areas , Certification in Business Intelligence and Data Mining

Minimum Work Experience:3-4 years of Reporting & Analysis experience, data mining, etc. Should also have strong functional knowledge in Commercial and Operations functions, hands on experience of handling operations and commercial reporting for zone with 2-3 yrs in working capital
