Job summary

Paytm is seeking a Field Sales Executive to grow QR & Soundbox deployment and merchant sales across multiple locations. You will lead a sales team, recruit personnel, and drive market expansion with a data-driven approach.

The role requires a graduate or post-graduate degree, strong networking, mentoring ability, and readiness to travel extensively to meet merchants and expand Paytm's footprint in the QR settlement space.

Qualifications

• Grow distribution and market share in the assigned area.
• Extensive QR & Soundbox deployment and sales of the product.
• Identify and recruit the sales team to drive business in the market.
• Coach and mentor teams; quick learner who applies new ideas.
• Plan market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Devise effective methods to communicate plans/targets to the team.
• Monitor quality parameters as directed by management.
• Validate and audit acquisitions and sales by the team.
• Ensure team presence in markets where sales & usage occur regularly.
• Maintain strong networking and be willing to travel extensively.

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
• Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product.
• Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts.
• Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.
• Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.
• Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
• Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly
• Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area.
