Paytm is seeking a results-driven Sales Lead to expand QR & Soundbox adoption across Ambala and surrounding areas. The role focuses on growing distribution, market share, and merchant engagement through strategic field activity.

The ideal candidate must be a graduate with strong leadership, coaching skills, and a growth mindset, and should be prepared to travel extensively to meet targets and build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Grow distribution and market share in the assigned area.
• Visibility and accountability through extensive QR & Soundbox deployment and sale of the product.
• Identify and recruit the sales team to drive business in the market.
• Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Devise the best methods for communicating plans/targets to the team to minimize delivery gaps.
• Monitor the quality parameters as guided by management.
• Validate and audit acquisitions and sales done by the team.
• Ensure the team operates in markets where sales and usage occur regularly.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the specified area.

The person should be capable of increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
• Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product.
• Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts.
• Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.
• Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.
• Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
• Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly
• Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area.
