• Strong Advanced Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

The role involves financial statement analysis, credit analysis, complex project execution, stakeholder management, quality reviews, and process improvements, with opportunities to mentor team members and contribute to methodology-related initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in Credit Analysis/Financial Data Analysis.
• Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, Structured Finance and Capital Markets.
• Ability to identify key credit risks and apply relevant credit methodologies.
• Strong Advanced Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Masters in Finance, Economics, Business/Accounting from a premier institute, or qualified CA.
• CFA/FRM preferred.
• Basic awareness of Generative AI/Agentic AI and interest in applying AI to research, analysis and process efficiency.
