Job summary

Cvent is seeking an experienced transformation specialist to lead process redesign and AI-driven initiatives within its business transformations group in India. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to redesign CRM processes and integrate Salesforce with Marketo and Snowflake.

The role requires 6–8 years in transformation, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and deliver training to drive user adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• MBA required with strong business transformation background.
• 6–8 years of experience in business transformation or related field.
• Proven ability to lead process improvements and change management.
• Experience with CRM and integrated systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage process redesign and AI-driven transformation projects with Sales and Marketing.
• Lead large-scale CRM transformation including Salesforce and integrations.
• Analyze client processes, systems, and controls to define target models.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and operating models with stakeholders.
• Design solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage process redesign, AI-driven solutions, and change management projects for our business transformations group, working closely with Sales and Marketing functions.
• Work on large scale transformation of CRM systems Salesforce along with other integrated systems like Marketo, Snowflake
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client functions, including processes, systems, and controls.
• Partner with stakeholders to define target operating models and develop transformation roadmaps.
• Design and implement solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Recommend and support the adoption of new technologies, such as new system and technologies, cloud solutions, and AI based solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from business stakeholders teams to senior management.
• Develop and deliver training materials to ensure user adoption of new processes and systems.
• Manage change effectively and mitigate risks.
• Prepare project plans/status reports and track progress on the projects
• Facilitate cross functional/interdepartmental requirements gathering and solution design
• Document current business process flows and problem statements
• Work with Sales and Marketing project team members in supporting them with day-to-day issues
• Coordinate and manage application support with vendors and external consultants

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in business administration.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in business transformation or a relevant field
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proven experience in process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in Systems Analysis and Requirements gathering
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Experience in Application software Implementation and Project Management
