Job summary

Namely is seeking a motivated transformation professional to drive large-scale business changes and system modernizations. You’ll assess current states, design improvements, and steer adoption of new processes and technologies across Sales, Marketing, and IT teams.

Key tasks include leading CRM transformations (Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake), defining operating models, managing scope and budgets, and delivering training for user adoption in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration is required.
• 6-8 years of experience in business transformation or a relevant field.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in systems analysis and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Experience in application software implementation and project management.

• Proficient in systems and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage process redesign, AI-driven solutions, and change management projects for our business transformations group, working closely with Sales and Marketing functions.

• Partner with stakeholders to define target operating models and develop transformation roadmaps.

• Recommend and support the adoption of new technologies, such as cloud solutions and AI-based solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from business stakeholders’ teams to senior management.
• Develop and deliver training materials to ensure user adoption of new processes and systems.
• Manage change effectively and mitigate risks.
• Prepare project plans/status reports and track progress on the projects.
• Facilitate cross functional/interdepartmental requirements gathering and solution design.
• Document current business process flows and problem statements.
• Work with Sales and Marketing project team members in supporting them with day-to-day issues.
• Coordinate and manage application support with vendors and external consultants.

About the role

In This Role, You Will
