Job summary

eClerx is seeking a Senior Analyst & Associate Process Manager for the Loans function in Pune. You will provide operational leadership for syndicated loan processing across participation, agented and bilateral deals, covering delivery, client management and controls.

The role requires hands-on ClearPar experience and strong knowledge of loan lifecycle, with exposure to Trade settlements, MIS and KPI reporting. Flexible shift and full-time employment are offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ClearPar experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of syndicated loan processing, commercial lending, loan servicing and the loan trade lifecycle.
• Knowledge of LMA/LSTA, Revolver, Term Loan, DDTL, LoanIQ and TLM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily syndicated loan processing and settlement activities and support complex queries, exceptions and escalations.
• Manage client relationships and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and risk communication.
• Oversee MIS, KPI, KRI and SAR reporting and lead client calls on performance and action plans.
• Provide oversight of Borrowings, Paydowns, Repricing, Interest, Rate Set, Commitment Fee, Ticking Fee, Commitment Increase/Decrease and PIK transactions.
• Oversee secondary loan closing activities including trade booking, confirmations, document review, inventory management, SDC setup and settlements.
• Ensure controls across pre-settlement, processing, cash reconciliation and trade settlement, and remediate control gaps.
• Lead team management, hiring, onboarding, training, resource allocation, performance management and succession planning.
• Identify and resolve process, risk and control issues and elevate appropriately.
• Drive process improvement, PI, RPA/automation, quality and change-management initiatives.
• Own process documentation and support migration, transition, training, controls and stabilization.
• Collaborate with shared services and cross-location teams to ensure business continuity and timely delivery.

Role Overview

We are hiring for Senior Analyst and Associate Process Manager positions within the Loans function.

Strong knowledge of syndicated loan processing, commercial lending, loan servicing and the loan trade lifecycle is required, including pre-settlement, trade processing, cash reconciliation and settlements.
