V3 Staffing invites applications for an Executive/Senior Executive- Accounts Payable for a reputed MNC client in Pune. The role is 1-year contractual, payroll through a third party, with WFO in the 10 AM–7 PM shift; Immediate joiners only.

You will handle invoice processing, 3-way matching, PO/Non-PO invoices, ERP data entry (SAP, Oracle, Iscala), GST and TDS compliance, and assist month-end closing and audits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, accounting or related field.
• 13+ years of experience in accounts payable or invoice processing.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Iscala).
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
• Knowledge of GST and TDS.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices accurately within defined timelines.
• Perform 3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice).
• Handle both PO and Non-PO invoices.
• Enter invoice data into ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Iscala).
• Verify coding, GL accounts, cost centers.
• Ensure compliance with policies and tax regulations.
• Identify discrepancies in invoices and resolve with vendors/internal stakeholders.
• Follow up on mismatched or blocked invoices.
• Coordinate with procurement, receiving teams, and vendors.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure invoices are processed within SLA timelines.
• Assist in month-end closing activities.
• Assist audits and ensure SOX compliance.

Our reputed MNC Client is hiring for the Executive/ Senior Executive- Accounts Payable role:

Location: Pune

Work Mode: WFO

Shift: 10 AM - 7 PM

Notice Period: Looking only for Immediate joiners

NOTE: It is a 1 year of contractual and 3rd party payroll (Extendable on good performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing

• Process vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines
• Perform 3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice)
• Handle both PO and Non-PO invoices
• Enter invoice data into ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, iscala, etc.)
• Verify coding, GL accounts, cost centers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
• Identify discrepancies in invoices and resolve with vendors/internal stakeholders
• Follow up on mismatched or blocked invoices
• Coordinate with procurement, receiving teams, and vendors
• Maintain good relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure invoices are processed within SLA timelines

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Support internal and external audits

Education:

• Bachelors degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience:

• 13 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Invoice Processing

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Iscala, etc.)
• Good understanding of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles
