Job summary

Ekart in India is seeking a hands-on Hub Operations Lead to supervise sorting, plan shipments, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. You will allocate daily work, prepare runsheets, and coordinate with WMs to meet delivery targets.

The role requires training the team on standards, tracking KPIs, handling ERP transactions, and generating day-end reports. You will also handle cash collection, reconciliation, and customer-facing duties as needed to ensure smooth hub operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a delivery/collection team.
• Familiarity with ERP transactions and reports.
• Ability to coach and manage attrition; KPI-focused management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Hub opening & closing as per operational standards.
• Supervise the Sorters who receive the shipments.
• Plan resources and allocate shipments for bike and van deliveries.
• Train team on standards and SOPs.
• Sort shipments as per defined routes.
• Create runsheet and assign daily work to WMs.
• Prepare reports and respond to mails.
• Execute ERP transactions and day-end reporting.
• Handle cash collection and reconciliation with ERP.
• Assist in delivery/pickup as required to customers.
• Track undelivered shipments and call customers for reasons.
• Monitor Wish Masters performance to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain zero stock variance at hubs daily.
• Achieve TL KPIs as per company goals.

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure Hub opening & closing is done as per operational standards and requirements.
• Supervise the Sorters who receive the shipments.
• Planning as per available resources and allocating shipment for bike and van deliveries.
• Ensure all team members are trained and are aware of operational standards.
• Sorting shipment as per defined routes.
• Create the Runsheet/Pickup sheet and assign daily work to WMs.
• Prepare Reports; Check and revert on mails.
• Execute ERP Transaction.
• Prepare and share Day End reports.
• Collection of cash, accounting and reconciliation with ERP.
• Participate in delivering the shipment/pickup as per operational requirement to the customer when required.
• Take ownership of the team assigned to him in terms of motivation, control attrition, handle grievance, grooming, zero customer escalations, training, coaching as per OKR.
• Adhering & supporting the organization into seamless adoption of new policies & processes.
• Track undelivered shipment in ERP and call customers to identify reasons for non-delivery.
• Track wish masters performance on a real time basis to ensure all deliveries are completed as per plan.
• Provide support to the Wish Masters enroute and take necessary actions.
• Ensure unexplained Zero stock variance at the hubs on a daily basis.
• Achievement of Key Performance Indicators of TL as per companys goal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
