• Identify and address denial management strategies to minimize denied claims and optimize revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Collaborate with internal teams such as patient access, coding, and insurance verification to ensure accurate claim submissions.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, providers, and internal stakeholders regarding account status updates.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other designated systems.
