• Manage assigned RCM processes and billing-related workflows.
• Review claims, invoices, charge entries, and payment records.
• Track accounts receivable, pending claims, and insurance follow-ups.
• Coordinate with insurance and billing teams for claim submission and resolution.
• Support denial management, rejection correction, and payment reconciliation.
• Maintain RCM reports, ageing reports, and claim status trackers.
• Identify billing gaps, missed charges, and documentation issues.
• Ensure compliance with payer and hospital billing requirements.
• Coordinate with accounts for collection and settlement updates.
• Escalate unresolved claims or payment delays to seniors.
• Prepare daily and monthly RCM reports.
• Use billing systems accurately for data entry and claim tracking.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.
• Support process improvement in revenue cycle operations.
• Ensure timely revenue realization and accurate billing workflow.
