Job summary

Guidehouse India Pvt Ltd is seeking a senior KYB/KYC specialist in India to review and adjudicate KYB applications with a focus on regulatory compliance and data accuracy. You will conduct client outreach, resolve escalations, and maintain audit-ready documentation while collaborating with Compliance, Risk, and Operations.

The role supports a matrixed, cross-functional environment across multiple sites. You will mentor junior analysts, manage high-volume queues, and continuously identify process

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of KYB/KYC, onboarding, or AML/compliance functions.
• Strong knowledge of business entity types, beneficial ownership, and regulatory frameworks (AML/CFT).
• Experience managing SLA-driven queues and high-volume caseloads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing outreach.

Responsibilities
