Job summary

Guidehouse India is seeking a Quality Analyst to perform end-to-end QA on AML investigations across Retail Banking and Crypto. The role includes evaluating risk profiling, sanctions screening, and SAR analysis, and delivering actionable feedback to analysts.

You will publish quality dashboards, collaborate with Operations and Client teams, and drive calibration discussions to ensure policy adherence and consistent QA outcomes.

Responsibilities

Refresher sessions on AML concepts (CDD/EDD/KYC/SAR/TMS)2. Domain-specific modules (Retail Banking customer risk, Crypto transaction monitoring)3.
