Job summary

Great Lakes Institute Of Management Gurgaon invites applications for Teaching Assistants in Data Analytics (Non-Teaching; Tutorials). This strictly onsite role supports weekly lectures, records attendance, and assists with grading and examinations.

Candidates should have a postgraduate qualification in Data Analytics; PhD candidates or those with at least four years industry experience in the subject will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Data Analytics required.
• Research and teaching assistant experience in reputable business schools preferred.
• PhD candidates preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English and Excel skills required.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools like SPSS.

Responsibilities

• Attend the weekly lectures conducted by the course instructors (as assigned); ensure resource provision for the same
• Record attendance of the class for all sessions
• Grade all assignments and exam answer books and establish the final grades for the students in their section(s)
• Conduct tutorials as scheduled Classes may be held on weekdays or weekends (subject to compensatory leave for having worked on a scheduled holiday)
• Any other teaching/learning tasks as deemed fit by Program Office - such as examination invigilation; attending presentation based student assessments etc.
• Assisting faculty members in different research activities, such as data collection; data cleaning; data analysis; proposal/report writing etc.

RECRUITING FOR TEACHING ASSISTANTS - (NON - TEACHING PROFILE) - DATA ANALYTICS PRIMARY SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE - DATA ANALYTICS (Non-Teaching; Only Tutorials) STRICTLY ONSITE

Candidates willing to travel to campus independently from their own accommodation need only apply. We provide transport on limited routes.

Salary Range - As per prevailing market (Preference will be given to candidates pursuing PhD or candidates having atleast 4 years industry experience in the chosen subject area of expertise)
