Job summary

Imarticus Learning in Mumbai is seeking a hands-on analytics trainer with 1-3 years experience in analytics, data science and ML to train learners on Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau and BI tools.

You will guide learners through data extraction, cleaning, modeling and insight generation, assess projects, and support placement activities while collaborating with program managers.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills; EdTech teaching experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Analytics, Data Science and Machine Learning using Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/IT or Stats/Maths/Economics (other backgrounds can be considered if rest of the candidature is good)
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau and BI tools for analytics problems
• Experience in teaching/training with EdTech firms will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Train learners on data extraction, cleaning, modeling and insight generation to drive business results using analytics tools
• Provide guidance, training and problem solving assistance to learners for Data Science projects
• Train learners on end-to-end problem solving journey through statistical/coding tools and techniques
• Assist with grading, assessments, mock interviews, and collaborate with program managers and career services to make learners industry ready
• Conduct interview preparation sessions to enable learners to crack interviews and support placements
• Lead pilot projects hands-on to solve real-time data science problems for clients
• Collaborate with Program Managers (Analytics) to identify opportunities for improvement and learner satisfaction
• Collaborate with Content team for product upgradation and content creation
• 50% of bandwidth spent on training; rest on assessments and solving real-world business problems for clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Train learners on how to conduct data extraction, cleaning, modeling and insight generation to drive business results using various analytical tools and technologies.
• Provide guidance, training and problem solving assistance to learners for various Data Science projects
• Train learners on end-to-end problem solving journey through various statistical/coding tools and techniques
• Helps with grading, assessment, mock interviews, and work with the program managers and career services team closely to make the learners industry ready.
